| Investment Officer | The primary responsibility of this position is to solicit institutional term investments to member credit unions. The Investment Officer will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships of assigned member credit unions with the goal of increasing market share for Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union and achieving the individual sales goals set by management. Term investments include fixed income securities (through ISI), Catalyst Corporate share certificates, and bank and S&L certificates of deposits (through SimpliCD).
Basic Qualifications: College Degree - Business; 1-3 years experience in fixed income financial markets or selling investment products to financial institutions; PC Experience with Word and Excel; Knowledge of fixed income products; Series 7 and 63 FINRA securities licenses

| Senior Loan Specialist | The Senior Loan Specialist’s (SLS) will work with members to provide lines of credit or term loans and must be experienced in the underwriting of loans. The SLS will also mitigate credit risk by performing comprehensive credit analysis of financial institutions’ balance sheets and income and expense statements. The person should be familiar with a variety of loan agreements and with the Uniform Commercial Code as it pertains to the perfecting and maintaining of creditor liens.
Basic Qualifications: Thorough understanding of loan documentation and the UCC regulations; Comprehensive knowledge of ratio analysis; Efficient and organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines; Bachelors degree, preferably in finance or business administration; Minimum of three years experience in credit analysis and loan administration in a commercial loan environment, preferably with a financial institution; Strong analytical analysis skills; proficiency in calculating a financial institution’s balance sheet and income statement ratios and a solid understanding of how to interpret and apply such ratios; Good oral and written communication skills

| Vice President, Investment Services | Brief Position Description:
The Vice President, Investment Services is responsible for management of the departments of Catalyst Corporate Strategic Solutions (CSS), investment operations for investment services areas and Investment Services sales department for CCFCU and setting the strategic direction of the CUSO. The departments include Advisory Services, A/LM Services, Investment Operations, Brokerage Services, and Investment Services Sales. The positions reporting to the Vice President- Investment Services include: Director - Chief Strategist, Manager - A/LM Services; Director - Investment Sales, 2 Senior Advisors, Institutional Advisor, and Safekeeping Operations Specialist.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, BBA,); 8-12 years experience in Money Management and Investment Sales/Trading, Asset/ Liability Management. Preferred Requirements: CFA; Master’s Degree (MA, MS, MBA); Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses.

| Desktop Support Analyst | The Desktop Support Analyst is responsible for the deployment and technical support of desktop computers, virtual desktops, smartphones, tablets, and all related applications and technology. Support includes specification, installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines. Activities require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems. The role requires a detailed knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, a basic understanding of network terminology and principles, as well as strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
Essential Requirements: MCDST Certification or equivalent experience; 2+ years of desktop support experience; Thorough knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems; Advanced hardware knowledge; Familiarity with networking terminology and principles; Strong organizational and customer service skills; Must be able to take direction from multiple sources and balance more than one project at a time. Preferred Requirements: Familiarity with Help Desk monitoring software (ITSM); Associates degree; Smartphone support experience (iOS, Android, Blackberry)

| National Sales Executive | Catalyst Strategic Solutions/Catalyst Corporate FCU is looking for a National Sales Executive with an Investments background to cover California and the surrounding Western region.
The main objective of the job is to market and sell the financial services and products of Catalyst Strategic Solutions and Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union to credit unions in Catalyst Corporate’s field of membership. This position is also responsible for representing the various financial services of Catalyst Strategic Solutions and Catalyst Corporate in relation to other team members throughout the company, including coordination of sales efforts, marketing materials and pricing issues within the assigned territory.
Additional responsibilities include representing Catalyst Corporate at trade shows and annual meetings and participating in and potentially presenting at industry seminars or webcasts. This position has the additional focus and responsibility for marketing Catalyst Strategic Solutions’ advanced products such as the Advisory Service and ALM.
Basic Qualifications: Four year bachelor’s degree(BA,BS, BBA, etc.) equivalent; Ability to manipulate Excel and CRM data, knowledge of Word and Outlook; Knowledge of and the ability to learn other computer software as necessary; Total amount of experience between 4-6 years; Sales experience 4-6 years; Investment related experience 2-3 years. | California |
