Board of Directors
As a democratically-controlled institution, Catalyst Corporate invites representatives from its member credit unions to volunteer to serve on the board of directors or on a committee. Elections will be conducted in accordance with the bylaws at the next annual meeting, followed by board committee appointments.

- Procedures for becoming a Catalyst board member
The board of directors will select a nominating committee to identify candidates for election to open board seats during the 2012 annual meeting. All member credit unions will receive an annual meeting notice in advance, including information about the opportunity to be considered for office.
All Catalyst Corporate board members must be approved by the NCUA prior to appointment or election. If you are interested in becoming a board member, download the NCUA Application (Form 4063a), complete and return it to Brent Smith, Catalyst Corporate’s Senior Vice President/Chief Risk Officer at bsmith@catalystcorp.org. Catalyst will forward the form to the NCUA.
Committee Charters
Catalyst Corporate’s board of directors appoints the following six standing committees: asset/liability management committee, enterprise risk management committee, supervisory committee, and technology steering committee. For information about these committees, including size, term length, and responsibilities, view the committee charters.
All Catalyst Corporate committee members must be approved by the NCUA prior to appointment.
